I’m 29 and have been trying to conceive our first little one since July of 2006. Way too many cycles of babymakin’ have resulted in zero pregnancies and a distinct feeling that something may be amiss. In August 2009 I was diagnosed with elevated FSH – premature ovarian failure – and we  subsequently failed our first IVF cycle.

Oh yah, I have qualities other then infertility?  In addition to charting my cycles I also enjoy hiking, canoeing, knitting, and live music (one band in particular).  I am now back in school full time to get a degree in health and wellness promotion.

When I got married at 21, I never thought my ovaries would be calling it quits before my 30th birthday.
