Let’s get this party started!

It’s CD1. And for the first time since I was a newly-sexually-active teen I am psyched to see the arrival of my period. She took her sweet time, waiting until CD32, 15DPO.  But now she’s here, my scan and bloodwork are scheduled (tomorrow!) and I am ready to get the party started, get the train a rollin, get my motor up and running, and any other turn-of-phrases that might apply to starting things up.

(insert Mick Jagger here) Ok, let’s insert him for real:

It’s the two week countdown to the two week wait!

Woot! Happy for you that things are revving up over there, and heating up, and that you are raring to go, and that the show is ready to go on the road.

Best wishes for great success this cycle!

I’m running just a couple of days ahead of you this month and can’t wait to see us both succeed. I’ll be going solo, though, without all the wonderful expensive monitoring. Keep us posted, and good luck!!!

After 5 IUIs, 2 IVFs, and the diagnosis of diminished ovarian reserve at the ripe old age of 29, I am now looking for information on embryo donation and adoption. I'm taking a break from blogging but will return when our path out of the world of IF becomes more clear.
